Every day, institutional food service generates enormous amounts of single-use waste—mostly unseen, but with a massive environmental footprint. By using 5,000 reusable trays per facility per year, approximately 1.25 million pieces of single-use packaging and up to 250 metric tons of plastic can be saved. Yes, and-less XL conforms to the GN 1/2 standard size (325 × 265 mm) and is fully compatible with existing GN systems,serving stations, and dishwashing equipment.
Yes, and-less XL is heat-resistant and suitable for both hot and cold foods. It can be filled directly at the serving station and maintains a stable temperature.

The reusable tableware is sturdy, easy to handle, and, most importantly, seals tightly. The surface is smooth, making it easy to empty. The size is perfect for one to two servings of a main meal. Both the tableware and the lids can be washed easily in the dishwasher or by hand. All in all, a really good sustainable alternative!
